Why we use your information
We use the details you submit to route and respond to your enquiry, maintain an appropriate business record, and protect the service from abuse and security threats. These details can include your name, email address, message, enquiry type and any optional information or page context you choose to include.
Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing or a newsletter. Contact submissions do not automatically become marketing contacts.
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Who processes your information
Necessary service providers may process information to operate our website, email, database and security infrastructure. Lumina Horizon does not sell personal information submitted through the contact form.
How long we keep records
We retain ordinary enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
Longer retention is permitted only where reasonably required for an active business relationship, a legal obligation, a dispute, a security investigation, or fraud and abuse prevention.
We review older enquiry records periodically and remove them in line with this retention policy. This is currently a manual process.
Privacy requests
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@luminahorizongroup.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
