I’m Kuresha Ramahotar, co-founder of Lumina Horizon. I think about growth through the people and systems that make it possible. My work has focused on how organizations build the capability, leadership, culture and governance required to carry ambition without losing clarity or judgment. At Lumina Horizon, I bring that perspective to the company we are shaping: what should be designed early, what can wait, and what becomes harder to change as an organization grows. I believe technology can expand what people and organizations are capable of, but sustainable progress still depends on context, trust, decision quality and accountability. My role is to help Lumina grow with the human infrastructure required to support what we are building.
